This tutorial uses curves adjustment layers to get more accurate color representation and the ability to change them on the fly - unlike other paint-on techniques where you need to choose your colors beforehand. Sorry, I don’t have a microphone, so no voice-over. Also, sorry if I go too fast, but I tried to keep it short and to the point. *This video seems to have created quite a buzz with some seasoned Photoshop users and, yes, I have no right to consider this technique as “better” but some of those paint-on techniques that I’ve seen resulted in images that look fake, so this method does produce better results. Everyone has their own preferences on how to do something, and this video is merely for educational purposes to showcase one of the many powerful tools in PS.
